As Internationally Certified Life Care Planners, we educate evaluees and their family on what life care planning is all about. We coordinate with their individual care team (physicians, counselors, therapists, etc) to develop a tailored life care plan that will not only help for today but for the remaining life expectancy of your loved ones.
