DeAndrea "Dee" Williams
Chief Executive Officer
Mrs. Williams leads a mixed team of twelve vocational evaluators and expert witnesses, conducting in-depth vocational evaluations, labor market analyses (local, state, and national), and transferable skills assessments. Also leading a team of worksite evaluators and support staff, DeAndrea Williams is a distinguished Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Certified Vocational Evaluator (CVE), and a Certified Life Care Planner (CLCP). She has a robust background in vocational assessment, counseling, and disability management. Holding a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Kentucky, DeAndrea is uniquely positioned to provide expert guidance and strategic solutions in complex vocational and medical-legal cases. As the President/CEO of Land of Goods Vocational Consulting, utilizing authoritative resources like the Dictionary of Occupational Titles (DOT), Occupational Outlook Handbook (OOH), and O*NET, she provides precise insights into employability and career potential. Services also include medical review for Functional Capacity Evaluations, oversight of psychological evaluations, job skills training, and simulated workplace assessments. Prior to establishing Land of Goods Vocational Consulting, Mrs. Williams honed a diverse skill set through key roles at reputable organizations. As a Return to Work Coordinator at The Hartford Insurance Group, she managed daily case activities, conducted occupational and employability analyses, and collaborated across short-term disability, long-term disability, and FMLA cases. At Sedgwick Claim Management, she served as a Disability Manager III, overseeing clinical cases and reviewing complex medical records to determine disability approvals. Mrs. Williams' career began with impactful roles at Vocational Rehabilitation – Orlando, Fl, where she consistently maintained above-average rehabilitation rates and provided outstanding counseling, and at Tallahassee Community College as a Disability Testing Staff Member, ensuring ADA and HIPAA compliance for student accommodations. Mrs. Williams is currently located in Colorado. Throughout Mrs. Williams' career, a consistent theme has been advocating for individuals and ensuring their understanding of laws pertaining to equality. She is known for a demonstrated success in reaching goals, developing team-building programs, and providing valuable insights in re-entry seminars. Jill Guillory
Organizational Support Coordinator
Jill Guillory brings a strong background in relationship management, outreach, and professional communication to her role as Talent Acquisition Specialist at Land of Goods Vocational Consulting. Carolyn "Cee" Brockington
Senior Administrator
At Land of Goods Vocational Consulting, our operational excellence is driven by our Chief Operating Officer, Carolyn Brockington, a professional with over nine years of extensive experience in financial management, executive administration, and operational support. Our COO is instrumental in developing and implementing robust operational strategies that foster efficiency, collaboration, and effective risk mitigation across all departments. With a rich background spanning diverse industries, including vital roles as a Full Charge Bookkeeper, Grant Manager, and Senior QuickBooks Live Bookkeeper at Intuit, our COO brings a unique blend of versatile expertise. This includes hands-on experience in managing financial records for a wide array of clients - from nonprofits and educational institutions to property management and hospitality businesses. Our COO excels at transforming back-office functions into strategic assets, ensuring seamless workflow, and maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationships. Her deep understanding of financial systems, business processes, and executive-level coordination is key to aligning our operations with our strategic objectives, ultimately driving both performance and sustainable growth.

Dr. Kimberly "KC" Cassie
Grant Coordinator & VE
Dr. Kimberly Cassie is a highly experienced social work and behavioral health professional with more than 25 years of experience in assessment, program evaluation, behavioral health systems, higher education, and grant coordination. As a Vocational Evaluator and Grant Coordinator at Land of Goods Vocational Consulting, Dr. Cassie brings extensive expertise in psychosocial assessment, functional evaluation, trauma-informed care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and program development. Throughout her career, Dr. Cassie has conducted comprehensive assessments, authored professional reports and scholarly publications, coordinated grant-related initiatives, and worked alongside healthcare systems, nonprofit organizations, and public agencies to improve outcomes for individuals and communities. Her professional experience spans behavioral health, aging services, disability support, workforce development, and community-based care, providing a strong foundation for vocational evaluation, grant management support, and client-centered consulting services. In addition to her clinical and consulting background, Dr. Cassie has served as a university professor and program leader, mentoring future professionals and leading evidence-based initiatives focused on health and human services. Martha Calleros

As Manager of Executive Operations at Land of Goods Vocational Consulting, Jazanae Rolle is a dynamic professional known for bringing organization, creativity, and heart to every endeavor. With valuable experience in administrative management, sales, and youth development, Jaz excels at building strong teams and achieving impactful, community-focused results. Jaz's expertise includes: Strategic Planning & Time Management Client Relations & Customer Service Creative Problem Solving Jaz is currently pursuing a Master of Architecture at the University of South Florida, further enhancing a foundation built on academic excellence and community engagement.

Kimberly "KB" Brimm
Staff Attorney
Kimberly Brimm is an experienced attorney with a strong foundation in litigation, regulatory compliance, and public policy. Originally from Tallahassee, Florida, she has served in key legal roles across Georgia state and local government, including as Deputy Chief Assistant Solicitor General in the Special Victims Unit at the DeKalb County Solicitor-General’s Office. Kimberly has extensive experience managing complex cases, advising on legal risk and policy development, and working closely with law enforcement and community stakeholders. She also previously served as Policy Coordinator at the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice. Kimberly earned her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida and her Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. She is a member of the Georgia Bar and is based in the Atlanta area.
