Our mission is to bridge the gap between vocational rehabilitation and litigation, helping professionals build the confidence, tools, and testimony skills needed to succeed as forensic experts.

DeAndrea Williams, CEO & Founder of LOGVC, CRC, CVE, CLCP, IPEC
DeAndrea Williams is a nationally recognized vocational consultant and expert witness with more than a decade of specialized experience in vocational rehabilitation, forensic evaluation, litigation support, and courtroom testimony. She has served as a trusted expert across a wide spectrum of complex legal matters, including catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, ERISA disability, family law, employment disputes, and Social Security cases. Known for her meticulous analytical approach, Mrs. Williams brings a rare combination of clinical insight, vocational methodology, and real-world labor market expertise. She is widely respected for her strong command of Daubert and Rule 702 standards, and for her ability to articulate clear, defensible opinions under the most rigorous cross-examination conditions.
"I created this training because, quite honestly, I couldn’t find it anywhere.
When I began working as a vocational expert in private-law matters, I searched for guidance that actually spoke to vocational expert witness work-not generalized rehabilitation counseling, not broad expert witness theory, and not surface-level overviews that left the most important questions unanswered. What I found instead were programs that were well-intentioned, but far too general to prepare someone for the real-world demands, scrutiny, and responsibility that come with serving as a vocational expert in litigation.
So I learned the hard way.
Through years of practice, casework, testimony, and business building, I made mistakes-some small, some costly, all educational. I learned what attorneys actually expect, how opinions are challenged, where vocational experts unintentionally get themselves into trouble, and how easily good clinicians can feel overwhelmed when stepping into private-law work without a clear system.
This training exists so you don’t have to repeat those mistakes.

I designed it to remove the guesswork, shorten the learning curve, and give you the kind of clarity I wish I had when I started. Not just how to do the work, but how to do it confidently, ethically, and defensibly.
