Vocational Evaluator Assistant -

Daytona Beach and Tampa, FL

 

The Vocational Evaluator Assistant will work under direct supervision of a Vocational Evaluator and will assist with administering tests and other client assessments. The Vocational Evaluator Assistant agrees to have all reports reviewed, approved and signed off on by a Vocational Evaluator. 

The Vocational Evaluator Assistant with maintain integrity, confidentiality, and outstanding customer service. The candidate must demonstrate superior work ethic and exhibit the ability to work with limited supervision. The candidate must also possess detailed oriented and dependable characteristics. 

 

Level 2 Background Screening Required

​Applicant must meet one of the following: 

1.     Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling/Rehabilitation Services, Social Work (Clinical), Human Services, Counseling (clinical), Mental Health Counseling, or Clinical Psychology and one year of full-time experience using vocational rehabilitation counseling techniques. 

2.     Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling/Rehabilitation Services, Social Work (Clinical), Human Services Counseling (clinical), Mental Health Counseling, or Clinical Psychology one and year of full-time experience using vocational rehabilitation counseling techniques.

Primary Job duties Include:

Business to Business sales, making cold calls and in-person visits to potential vendor sites to set up all Work-site Evaluations in a relevant location. Applicant will contact employers in the area of the client and for specific specialization identified by consultant.

Maintain Vendor database

Proactive search for client companies with staffing service needs

Identifies and locates new clients through a variety of methods

Uphold all confidentiality and HIPPA laws

Use professional wording and speech when in communication with all clients, professionals, and coworkers.

Duties may also include:

Confirm all appointments with clients and send appointment reminders as necessary

  • Send confirmation emails to clients and referral source as specified in Methodology

  • Check additional company emails and respond in the absence of consultant.

  • Attend Weekly Meetings in order to maintain strong business practices

  • Market company materials to outside vendors as needed
